    Is that actually a good list?

    I mean, aside from ordnance, you'd have enough infantry to take on hordes and enough anti-tank to take down fliers...

    It's relatively good; the point of it (against flier heavy armies) is to kill everything on the ground and take pot shots (6s) on the fliers and denying ground to go basically forcing them to keep on zooming off board. Chaos would give it the most fits (bale flamers) but it's definitly doable as a general list.
