    hi all,
    im 17 years old
I do weight training in the gym
Ive been going to the gym since october, thats 5 months
i started at 68 kgs and now am 73kg
i have noticed improvements but not to the extent i would like
I am just wondering if anyone have any tips or ideas as to what i am doing wrong?
i do drink alcohol but rarely once every few weeks if not months and i do not drink alot only a can or two.

For most body parts i do 3 exercises x 3 sets for 8-12 reps on each set

i go to the gym 4-5 times a week .
    my body fat is 20%
i have a good diet i believe however i do have a cheat day once a week.
I aim for 2500 calories a day as my body burns roughly 1800-1900 but i never reach this goal

any help would be greatly appreciated

Have a good hard think about what you just said there, also, what' sort of macro's are you trying to hit ?

Also you've gone up 5kg in 5 months, which aint bad son, it maybe 20% muscle growth tho .. give us your diet,
