Proxy address for ipad?

I'm currently travelling a lot for work around Europe. I'm generally bored in the evening times . My sky go app doesn't work outside the uk or ireland Is there any proxy ip system for the ipad that I can buy/use in order to get it to think I'm still in dublin? Travelling on weds and want to see the Irish match! Thanks
