Took a gamble on these Lidl/Powerfix outdoor adjustable PIRs today.

5 euro for each of them in Lidl.

They look and seem good when compared to the more expensive Robus PIR.

    Anyone installed them before??

Anyone care to comment on them??

    Thanks.:)

    1200 watts

18mm hole (rubber grommit and rawl plugs supplied) and large access space on the back of each unit..so should be fairly handy.

    3 year warranty too.:)

It's a good price Paddy but I hope the detectors are good quality.

Over the years I end up getting rid of the cheap PIRs I had around the place, I found that they were false-triggering a lot. or staying permanently on until I cycled power, etc.

Now I have several of the Robus units installed, they are very good as a PIR, and TBH with a good trade price I didn't pay a huge amount more than what you paid.

They all got snapped up by the looks of it.

There was 1 left today in Lidl Blanchardstown.:)

It was sitting out on the shelf unit with no box or packaging.

Didnt bother taking it,as Ive no need for it.
