FEA customer switching to green price plan

    Hi, Is it possible to switch to the green price plan to avail of the 6% discount as i am already signed up for online billing and DD payments. I am a FEA customer.

    Hi chasm,

    It is indeed. Provided you are ok with the terms and conditions in question (see here), I can sign you up via PM if you send me your account details.

    Customers signed up to our Green price plan can be assured that we will purchase the equivalent of their annual electricity usage from 100% renewable energy sources. We send out a certificate to the customer at the end of the year in confirmation of this.
