    Hi all,

Vodafone actually took the money out of my account.

It was not put on "hold" because if it was it wouldn't have appeared on my statement.

So seeing as they actually took the money aren't I legally entitled to my iphone?

Same here OP. I haven't emailed them about my money yet, I will next week though if it's not returned before the end of this week. I doubt there's little chance of you getting an iphone though. Have you rang or emailed them?

Anh I might email them and threaten them with small claims unless they give me an iphone though.

They said they'd refund and it would take a few days!

Yea. Because it'll be hilarious when he ends up having to pay their legal fees for wasting their time.

I know but the money was take, not put on hold.

By laws in this country (I think) the sale should be final.

Money withdraws instantly when you make a transaction. Reversing it takes time!

    ATMs give out tenners!?!?

Absolutely no way this would stand up in any court regardless.
Seeing how many people tried to take advantage, and considering the pitiful margins they probably make on a full-priced iPhone anyway, it'll never happen.

Lol it's not my only account.

And if it was 632 isn't too bad an amount to be in debt for.
