Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
    I recently married my Brazilian Girl Friend, meaning that she has now acquired stamp 4. Previously she was a part time student with stamp 2 and had a job off the books for pocket money so the last time she paid PRSI was in 2009 for almost 2 years.
    What are her entitlements when it comes to job seekers allowance or unemployment benefit?

    Means-tested. So your earnings will reduce her payment, possibly to zero.

    She should be careful about claiming any sort of state support payments if she intends applying for citizenship in the future.
