    Hi, I switched to Electric Ireland on  the 11th of Jan and haven't gotten a welcome pack or anything yet, can a rep help please?

    Hi Keno-daytrader,

    The switch can take about 20 working days to process, but if you private message me your MPRN (meter point reference number) and your name/address, I will have a look to see what the status of the switch is.
