    Yeah, thanks, been to the site already & apart from head office, I'm looking for a specific customer service address - not the online form either

    I need info on an account I had with AIB, ie it is no longer functional/used so my local branch is no good. Surely there is a specific address in Dub somewhere? Head office seems to vague for my queries & I fear my letter will get "lost" in the trail to the proper dept.

    If it's about an old account, the account holding branch/it's successor (if the branch has closed) is still your best bet as they would hold the records for it, even if it's an old one.

    There isn't one "universal" customer service address because there are so many different business units.

    ok, cheers - unfortunately the "branch" is/was an online one. I will use head office in ballsybridge, cheers
