    i have moved on 22/1/2013 i have allready informed you of my new address but just checked my bill online and my units have gone up why is this? and i have also informed you with my new address can you please address this and change my details tyvm karan

    Hi Karan,

    The discount price-plan you have been availing of may have expired. I can check this/have discounts reapplied once you agree to the terms and conditions.
    When you were  changing address, did you advise Electric Ireland of the closing meter reading and the moving-out date?
