Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Despite being in a job and will again be joining the CV rat race come June to get work for net year. However I want to get a heads up and start dropping my CV into principals a little earlier this year. When is a good time to do it? Do principals wait until May to tot up the hours for the following school year?

we have it done now to be honest however we are not thinking about who just yet because curriculum concessions and appeals are ongoing at moment regarding allocation plus we want to see the ncse allocations. Any decent jobs will be advertised anyways whilst cvs for other work won't be looked at for long number of months.

Personally, I don't look at paper CVs anymore, only electronic ones for a number of reasons.
