Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I was made redundant at Christmas and completed the forms for Job Seekers Benefit in January. Because I had received a lump sum my payment was postponed by 6 weeks. I have received my social welfare card in the post but how do I know when my JSB starts, i.e. how do I know when to go to the post office to collect it? Will they contact me to tell me it is ready to be collected? Sorry if this is a bit naïve but it is all new to me :)

You should get a letter in the post telling you when your money will be in the post office and also when you need to sign.
