Dog found Monasterevin

Hi folks, i found this lovely dog dodging traffic outside Monasterevin and wondered if anyone knows him? While i was there he got 3-4 lucky escapes, i just couldnt leave him there. I brought him to the vets to see if he is chipped but unfortunately not so i then brought him to the Kildare animal foundation who reluctantly…

I brought him to the vets to see if he is chipped but unfortunately not so i then brought him to the Kildare animal foundation who reluctantly took him in as they are full up.
Hes in a bad way in terms of his coat is very mucked up and matted,seems pretty healthy, lovely temperament.
Id keep him if no owner came by but we lost our dog Sunday night gone and we are still very upset over it.
