The Operation Transformation 5k Fun Run is back! this year there will be two events; one in the Phoenix Park in Dublin and one in Cork City. Both events will take place on Saturday February 23rd. So who else is doing it? It will be the girlfriends first fun run, I started last year, done a few 5km and 10km races... I know…

That hill was a killer! I ran up it (just about) but had to walk for a bit just after.

Delighted with my time though and really enjoyed the day. There was a great atmosphere.

it was great - my 1st race. enjoyed it but it was hard to pass people out. did it in 33 mins so was happy with that. the leaders seemed to have done brilliantly as all bar one were finished when i got to the finish line...
can't believe it was so cold though and snowing! :eek:
