It would be a good trick to let him die and announce that the other episodes wouldn't have him in it! You always know they won't die.

RTE didn't put a warning up before this, did they ?

Is this some YouTube tutorial for med students?
Season 2 finale was the perfect ending.
I reckon the writers were forced at gunpoint to write another season in order to bleed some extra cash for the producers.
Hopefully I'll have egg on my face in a few weeks!

I get the feeling that this season will be as slow as lava, if there are no fresh abductions, and Spector has to recuperate from his injuries

Who needs a warning for this? It's only a bit of blood and guts. Unwatchable? Get over it.

He's an awful actor*, they should just let him die in this.

*Obviously I'm not basing that on this season so far :D

I think the Spector story should have finished in season 1, which was great. Season 2 was really a big drop in quality especially with that stupid babysitter plot.

This new episode tonight is really testing my patience. Some of the most boring medical scenes I've ever seen in this type of show. God knows how they are going to stretch this Spector plot for a whole season.

I like Stella's characters and Anderson plays her well but I think they should have done a different killer per season.

It would be great if they killed him off and there was a new killer. Maybe Katie.

Eric Cantona is excellent in this

Did he rape her in the last season? Rose? Is that her name?

He played George Best in a film I saw a few years ago.....dreadful, dreadful film...and he also played Cal, for anyone old enough to remember that film

Surely that nurse shouldn't be any where near him.

Well that was a slow moving, tedious, pointless episode.

He'll be fully recovered by next week and she'll help him escape. :D

I forgot how ridiculous it was last season.

That was awful. The 3rd season was a bad idea. I just don't care anymore.

I'm confused - who was that old lady? And why was the nurse acting so sketchy? How come Stella wasn't allowed in pauls room? Surely she'd feel more comfortable with a cop in the room at all times?

so sounds like it's continuing the vein of season 2 - a bag of shyte.

He was also the cheating boyfriend to gwyneth paltrows character in sliding doors ...... played it well actually. Good movie.

That was as slow and tedious as anything I've seen. And those few final scenes were off the wall in the credibility stakes.

I liked Season 1 and 2 but this episode looks like it was taken over by the folks that did the RTE 1916 series earlier this year. It's rubbish.

My wife loves the slow ponderous pace of this. I can't stand it. Give me some action, or I'm outta here

That was my first and last dip into The Fall. Don't think I've seen such a padded programme before (that I can remember)
