I actually don't know why I'm watching this. 5 episodes in, and nothing has happened. Gillian whispering all the time has become very annoying.
Cantona always looks like he's about to start crying.

    Oh it's soooo bad.
I think it's the worse season of any tv series I've watched and I watched all of Lost.

Absolutely feck all happening. I could not believe it when the announcer said this was the penultimate episode.

Oh look another close-up shot of Anderson pursing her lips.

In fairness if this weeks episode had been 1 of 2 part closer with all the other key points of this season it might have been ok but to have to endure 4 hours of BS to get to this point is BS and agree with a previous poster, no way they can credibly wrap this up now in 1 episode

Hopefully gets picked up for a US remake on netflix or something and we can get 3 seasons worth in 10-12 episodes.

Full marks to RTE for scheduling. Prime advertising of the Sunday Night Highlight for 5 weeks. And then not only change the time for the finale, but also the night of airing and a completely different channel.

To be quite honest, I don't know why I am still watching this.

What exactly is Cantonas job in the PSNI, he seems to just float around grumbling and now drinking in the jacks.

The brass never looked at him the same again after he jumped into the crowd that time

Continuity announcer on RTE the other night mentioned that the finale would be about Phil Spector. Now there's a change of direction if I ever saw one......

I thought the second half of this episode was actually pretty decent. The interview in London over laced with Paul talking about his childhood and his mother was probably the only part of this series where I found myself paying full attention.

I found Spector's reaction at the end interesting. He may genuinely not remember the last 6 years but he obviously knows he's capable of it and it seems like he was still enjoying having one up on the police and he seemed amused by the fact they'd outsmarted him, like he's enjoying playing the game.

As someone pointed out though this could have been the opening episode of the series and we'd not have missed anything that came before it.

I did wonder at Gibson sitting in on the interview at the end though. She was smart enough not to say anything but she's already being investigated by the Ombudsman, the lawyers have put in a further complaint with them and are looking at discrediting her and yet everyone thinks it's a good idea for her to be present for the very big evidence bombshell?
