Problem with Driver Theory Test cd and Wine

    Hi all,
I am using an app called WinOnX for Mac OS X to run windows applications. Most lightweight apps work fine but I am trying to install the driver theory test using a disc I have just bought and it is saying it detects it is a virtual cd and will not install because it is not genuine. It is a genuine disc, just bought it new from eason. I assume it has to do with the way wine supports external volumes. Is there a way around this?

    Thanks,
    Adam

There are a few known workarounds, but since they also work for the not so genuine copies, I'm not sure if such a discussion will be much appreciated here. And they may not work with WinOnX at all.

You'll probably need to either buy a copy of Windows and use it virtually with the likes of VirtualBox or install it via Bootcamp if it is not compatible with Mac OS
