Medical certificate for half marathon abroad

I'm running the Paris Half Marathon in March, and to be allowed to run a race in France, one needs a certificate from a GP.
My question is, would anyone here be able to recommend a GP in Limerick who would do that for me, and how much is this going to cost me?
I know I could have posted in the Athletic/Running forum, the mods are welcome to move my thread if they feel this does not belong here!
    Thanks!

I forgot to say it would be easier for me if it was near the city centre, or on Ennis Road.
Shannon is another option, but it's in Clare(...)

I've had to get this before for a triathlon in France. Any GP will give you the once over and give you the cert.

GP visit 60ISH I would say, but there won't be a charge for the cert

60ish is more than the half marathon itself...
Well so be it, I'll have to find one not too far from home.
    Thanks!

Dr.Michael Griffin, St.John's square, limerick is a regular triathalon man and a very good G.P.He specialises in sports injuries. Good luck with your running :)

Walk in Medical clinic beside the Hi-way pub out in Dooradoyle
charge 30 Euros a visit, might be cheaper going to other GP's.
