Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ipad Mini V Retina Ipad - Apps

    Getting an ipad mini from work tmrw and trying to decide whether to keep my ipad 3 or sell, before i use them both together for a few weeks does anyone know are there many retina optimised apps that will look different on the mini v the ipad 3/4?

    they won't look different.

    apps bundle two sets of graphics, non-retina and retina. if your device is retina it uses the retina images, otherwise it uses the non-retina icons.

    There is a noticeable difference in pixel density, but it won't get in your way whatsoever.

    trust me you wont notice huge difference, only maybe if you look at one spot a bit longer you may notice only small quality difference, but other then that it should look almost the same as @Creamy Goodness said

    This is sooo true, but I'd be inclined to keep your iPad 3 as well.

    so certain apps arent set up differently to make use of retina resolution, that makes it easier
