Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all...

    I'm a single mother and due to a car accident had to leave my job last year. Anyway I'm in receipt of a social welfare payment and rent allowance. My daughter is making her confirmation next month and a couple of people have suggested that I may be entitled to some sort of grant from the community welfare officer. Can anyone tell me if this is true as I don't want to go down to her if it has been slashed!

    AFAIK, the grant's now been removed. However, I think you can still apply to the CWO for an Exceptional Needs Payment. But this is discretionary.

    Thanks for your reply.. I'll go down to the Cwo tomorrow, maybe she might help me.. I'll update on the thread so as maybe it might help others..
