Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can only assume Coutinho will be on for Downing later.

I will wager you a virtual Euro Coutinho wont come on and Allen will come on for no real reason.

(attempts to jinx it, wants to see Coutinho)

This is more boring than the Villa/West Ham game yesterday.

Downing has been our best player so far impressive.

Probably will, nonsensical if ye are looking for a goal. Would be the right move if you do score though imo.

You're not watching the match I take it. Downing has been one of our better players.
    And Henderson wasn't?

People will criticise LFC tonight but you have to give credit to WBA's defensive efforts!

Did I say anything about Henderson? I was commenting on the silly criticism of Downing who has played well tonight.

C'mon the reds. We need a bit more patience and composure out there

When Suarez isn't on form, really does show how many bad players he (and Sturridge recently) has been carrying.

Of course we haven't been bad. We have completely dominated the match but have lacked that slightly in the final third. Some folk here will translate their disappointment at not winning into slating the team or manager though.

To be honest, this performance if virtually identical to the problems we had under Rafa when playing at home.

All it will take is a one bit of luck.

    Borini...you are useless!

In fairness that was not an easy chance with two defenders rushing in.

A bit more accuracy with our shooting wouldn't go amiss either.

I think it's more that this LFC side is just not ruthless/clinical enough.

Awful decision from Gerrard, he'd lots of options there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,801 ✭✭✭PRAF

Snatching at chances, trying to force it too much. Patience!
