Architectural drafting / construction work in US

    So I'm going to apply for the 12 month grad visa to the US... anyone got any advice on where to go for drafting / construction work? I heard New York is the best place to go. Can anyone verify this please? Also does anyone know of reputable companies that are interested in hiring Irish people? I've a few years experience under my belt so that should stand to me when looking for work I think...

    You can check out construction forums to give you an idea where the work is, and New York is one hot apple right now
