Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

iPhone 4 won't turn on

I have a problem with my iPhone 4, it just won't turn on!

Today I took it out of my pocket and pressed the home button, so that the screen would brighten up and then I could unlock it, but it didn't so i presumed the battery was dead. So I went and plugged it into the charger, and nothing happened, I then tried to plug it into my laptop and still nothing happened, it didn't show up as a device on my laptop either! The screen stays black when its plugged in. Interestingly when I ring my phone from another phone, you can hear the dialling tone) The phone isn't under warranty either.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Try rebooting it by holding in the power and home buttons together until the apple logo comes up

You need to hold them down for just over 10 seconds
