Month to month lease in citywest?

    Anyone know of a place in citywest that is renting on a monthly basis.5 month term to be exact.Need a 2 bed because I'm moving up from Galway for an internship in SAP.

    Hi,

    I'm sure you are sorted by now... but incase not, you can try Belfry, Crraigmore, Saggart Abbey, Corbally and Westbrook. All these are in Citywest. Otherwise, try Saggart or Rathcoole village. Not sure if you have transport, but if not, it is reasonably easy to get to SAP from city center or anywhere on the Red luas line.

    Most places will do a short term lease, however from what I understand, even if you take a years lease, you can leave with 1 months notice :rolleyes::confused:

    Which places have you checked for places? Is anyone willing to give you a short term lease? Are you alone, or are you with family? If alone, why not try a house share (room rental?)
    Can you travel by car to citywest? If not, would you commute from different area's?? Citywest has a luas stop so very reachable.
