    How many of these threads are there? Going to keep backing Evens shots or odds on shots and make 1k , 10k, 20k , must be great to be a bookie .

    Hoping to turn 5 quid into 20k or whatever you are after is the exact same as just mugging one 4000/1 shot and be done with it , the odds are the odds and thats effectively what you and everyone else is doing bettting over 100's of bets doesnt increase your chances at all , just prolongs the wait .I beat the bookie every week- backing poor value acca's is not the way to do it.

    You need an edge you need to know a market better than the market maker , you need to be backing on stuff that is more likely to happen than the odds suggest ,not just randomly backing something at low odds you think is a cert . Very very few people make money from bookmakers those that do are extremely disciplined and will only bet a percentage of there bankroll per bet and will only bet when they have an advantage .

    just a suggestion ...but three(3) games in the LOI look decent enough for wins

    21/20 Cork City great result against Bohs (2-1) last week and face a bray team who are always strong at home - but of the 50 times both teams have met (in all competitions) cork have won 27 and bray have won 8.

    8/11 Limerick (started the season with 2 draws (0-0 and 2-2) - but face a UCD side who lost 6-0 last week and students mid-week travel doesn't usually end well, of course the students will look to keep it tight and not concede but they are away and will find it hard.

    Evens Derry City won 6-0 last week against UCD, they face a drogheda team who they have already played twice in pre-season (Setanta Cup ... Derry/Drogs drew 1-1 and 2-1 Drogheda won - but Derry played most of that game with 10men ) ....should be a Derry victory.


    1/2 Another team to watch would be St. Pats - they face a shels team with a few discipline probs (having had players sent off in each of their first 2 games) ...and Pats are at home.

    but then again .... the airtricity league ....anything can happen.(odds are at the start of each paragraph)

    singles, doubles and trebles or even an accum could be worth doing.
