Visa debit PTSB while abroad

    Hi everyone,

    I know my card will work abroad, I just want to know if I run the risk of going into an unauthorised overdraft while in Iceland if transactions total up greater than the balance?

    I don't want to be spending away and realise I've went double over my budget because I was allowed to keep charging to my debit card instead of switching to the credit card when I ran out of 'real' money!

    Yes its possible, dont forget to include the charges that may be put on for using the card abroad also.
