Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When getting highlights done is it better to go into the salon with hair just washed and conditioned and dried as opposed to putting in a product like Moroccon oil before you blow dry? Will the Moroccon Oil or say any other type of product like say, John Frieda
Frizz Ease 3 Day Straight, have any effect on the highlights?

The reason I ask is that I use products on my hair all the time, usually Moroccan Oil. however I haven't had my highlights done in a good while and want them to 'take' well and if putting in Moroccon Oil or some other product will hinder that I'll just leave it out on the last wash before I go in and get my highlights done.

    Thanks

Yeah, just wash and condition your hair the day before (I actually leave it two days, as my scalp is very sensitive if it's too freshly washed). If you've a lot of product in it, they'll get pissed off with you cause they'll have to wash and blow-dry your hair before they can highlight it.

Yes and they will probably charge you for the wash and blowdry.
