You'll also have to pay €40 or so to get in unlocked, no?

mixed views on hukd about how to unlock it

with o2 there is a 50/50 chance of it being locked or unlocked

some other lumias have been unlocked by simply flashing a rom onto them

for now it is not possible with this one cos its new, but it wont take too long i reckon and i dont mind waiting
