broadband extremly slow

    hi Eircom people,

    please help,
    My broadband has slowed down to almost a crawl over the last week
    i did upgrade from 3mb to 7mb but then canceled it 3days later as it was to expensive so I'm back to 3mb
    I used to always get very high speed results as im 200meters or less to my exchange and a very low ping time too, that has also gone up.
    but when i do eircom speed test these are the results.

    for some unknown reason my speed has jumped back up after 11pm or 12midnight
