    Is it more likely a 1263 form (form for your 2nd WHV) is going to be scrutinized more when there is more than 1 employer?

    Hypothetically... One employer is adding a couple of weeks to your regional work so you can start another job ASAP in a non regional area , how likely is it that he or I will be caught for this?

    What are the repercussions if you or your employer are found to be doing this?

    How long does it usually take to send an old paper application (1263) which you have to do if you have more than one employer while doing your regional work?

    Mod We shall not be talking any illegal visa situations here regardless as to whether you use the word 'Hypothetically' or not.

    As for the outcome if people get caught - visa cancellation, bans from Australia and possibly a few nights in detention centers.
