phone not recognising bluetooth device

    hopefully someone can help! bought a bluetooth usb dongle in the 2 euro shop, with the intention to be able to send pics from my mobile to the computer. plugged it in and it says software installed but when i search for bluetooth devices its says there's none.. any ideas??? thanks:o
    EDIT: got the devices paired but now when i try to send something it says 'unable to connect' and its saying it cannot find the driver software for this device any idea where i could get this..??
