phone not recognising bluetooth device

hopefully someone can help! bought a bluetooth usb dongle in the 2 euro shop, with the intention to be able to send pics from my mobile to the computer. plugged it in and it says software installed but when i search for bluetooth devices its says there's none.. any ideas??? thanks:o EDIT: got the devices paired but now…

EDIT: got the devices paired but now when i try to send something it says 'unable to connect' and its saying it cannot find the driver software for this device any idea where i could get this..??

You need to find and install the drivers for your phone. What phone is it? If it's an iPhone you can forget about it, Apple deliberately block Bluetooth on all but "approved" devices i.e headsets, speakers etc. only. If you tell us the particular phone we may be able to help you find a driver
