Very recently I was asked the same question by another user. The answer is no, it will not affect your Adverts.ie account. If you log in to Adverts using the "Log in via Boards" button then you will no longer be able to do so.

If you do not know your Adverts.ie password you can recover it using their forgot password link on the log in page.
