Hi All, Have a client who keeps getting "cannot open file OIOM 80070005" when trying to open archived mail. After research i found that the registry needs to be updated with PSTDisableGrow, PSTDisableGrowAllowAuthenticodeOverrides Ive done that and tried all value combinations i.e. 1/0 between the two. Hi All,

Have a client who keeps getting

Any ideas on what the issue could be? Ive also installed the enterprise vault outlook add-on and that help either

Ok. I guess, you should file a case with Symantec support. If you have already done, let me know the case number. Need more details around this as few things has been fixed in EV around these keys and behavior.
