Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I am currently on casual job seekers and today got a letter stating that in order to process my claim they need my partners payslip and a form filled out by employer regarding hours etc.
I am just wondering if this normal since my claim was decided upon and I have been filling out slips and getting cheques for the last 3 months.
There is no problem completing the above but just wondering if it is a mistake?

I'm not sure it's the X's and O's I'm on. I was means assessed with both mine and my partners information and was sucessful and have been receiving slips/cheques ever since. It's probably just a check up thing! But the letter said "in order to process your claim " so i am confused now.

The safest thing to do is gather up the required info and sent it in to them.

"in order to process your claim" is on a lot of paper work coming from the dept that is looking for info, nothing to worry about.
