do i have pay maintaince

    my wife left me in 2011
    since then . i have paid maintaince to her. at the start 400 euro a month, then dropped to to 200 after a few months . saw she was claiming 780 euros a month from the social welfare , and getting 1200+euro from her job and the family allowance for our two children .
    i earn aprox 2400 amonth .
    out of that [im still in the family home]
    i pay 1100 a month on the morgage ,
    400 to the credit union
    200 to her for so called maintaince
    appro 160 euros on petrol to get to work

    my oldest daughter has moved back home with me for the past 9 months
    so i have cost for her
    40 euro for bus fares a month
    without the odd 10/20 euro for stuff in school
    have not looked into it all , im scared
    living off my credit card and trying to catch up .
    remainder goes on food , i have no social life

    as i said my eldest daughter lives with me full time
    and my youngest lives with me 50% of the time .
    where do i realistly stand for any benifits .

    my ex is claiming the both girls family allowance
    she has the social wefare believing both children live with her full time
    when they dont
    i believe i have them more .
    i also believe she told them i do not give her maintaince
    i am well covered on that , it is done through the bank
    but here is the best
    over the last few weeks she as being telling me not to pay her maintaince ,
    i asked could she give me this writing
    she said no
    im not getting envolved with her fraud
    when i tried to pay the following week the maintanince
    she had closed the bank account .
    to stop me paying it
    i know she want to tell the social wefare im not paying it
    but no way
    i got a postal order and sent it by registered post.
    more money i dont have to spend
    she is having a great life, from me and the state , where do i stand.
    she is so cocky
    can i claim any benefits ,
    i am afraid to report her
    i dont want the kids effected,
    i would not mind if i was the cause of this problem
    i am just trying to do the right thing
    encase it makes things worse for me
    i know she will force me into court to sell the house
    im lost
    need help
