Wages Short every week

    K.

So on a daily basis I submit the hours I work to the office in order to get paid. However, every week for the last while my wages have been short a few hours.

We have trackers in our vehicles and despite querying it multiple times all I've gotten is one ham fisted reply telling me that its the data coming from the tracking system. I've requested the logs from the trackers to examine them but I've not been given them as of yet, and to be perfectly honest I've run out of patience with this.

I'm just about to lodge a formal grievance with the company about it, but I want to be in full possession of the facts and my rights before I do so.

Is there any specific piece of legislation I can refer to in relation to this, rather than just spouting about the payment of wages act, as I can't find anything in it, but I could have missed it.

    Thanks
