Anyone know of any vegan hair bleaching kits? I know that the Manic Panic kit is vegan but I cannot find anywhere that ships to Ireland to buy it and as far as I know it's not sold in any shops here. Crazy Colour's bleaching kit is vegetarian suitable but they say they can't confirm if their ingredients are tested on…
