Hi there. I'm doing a study on betting shops in London and would like to get local's perceptions of them wherever you live

It's quite a big issue at the moment, with a lot of people saying there's too many betting shops on their high-streets, sucking money from the poor in the area. Would really appreciate your input. You can also state what kind of outlets you'd like to see in your locality (or if you think your street has it all, what outlets do you like the most)

The questionnaire only takes 2-3 minutes to do. All anonymous of course! Thanks!

I know that in Kilburn there are enough of them around the High Road that planning applications for new ones have been refused; ISTR that Camden & Brent Councils both claimed there was evidence that in most cases, betting shops were a net drain on the local economy.

Done. Betting shops along with pound shops, pawn shops and same day loan companies are a blight on most high streets.
