Decent Food Mixer

Herself is looking for a decent food mixer, something to mix dough etc. We were looking at the kenwoods, kitchenaid etc, but they are way over the top price-wise

Would anyone recommend somewhere to get one?

Just to let you know i got a kenwood chef in a local Hardward store for a similar price to the grundig dont know if its too far for you to travel but it was a great price i know that they still had one as of yesterday as i saw it on the shelf

think it was 220 and there is a year warranty but double check if you are looking into it

Yes, I find it very good.

I don't give it a huge amount of use but I have no doubt that it is well capable of handling some serious baking!!!

Homestore & More and selling a Grundig mixer for €199. They state it was €499! I've no idea how good it is but it could be worth a look.

I recently picked up a Kenwood Kmix for the missus on amazon.de - including delivery it worked out a good €50 cheaper than amazon.co.uk (and over €100 cheaper than the cheapest sale price in b&m stores here). It does have a 2pin plug but that's easiy rectified. IF you find a particular mixer you like I suggest checking all amazon european sites as prices can vary a lot between them (.fr, .es, .it, .de, .co.uk).
