Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys,

Myself and a pal are travelling to NZ from Aus in two weeks. We were going to give ourselves 4 weeks to travel anyway, but were just wondering; is that enough time? How long do people usually go for? What is the best bus company to go with?

Thanks in advance for any replies. :)

You can get quite a lot in, in 4 weeks but it might be a little rushed at times. If youve been to Oz then you know you need to decide what you really wanna do and focus on that.
If youre landing in Auckland, dont stay more than a night or two. Just really to get your bearings and maybe get some info from others in a hostel.
Then decide on north or south.
Have a look around the forum, plenty of info about

A small thread about buses here

I Would recommend flying to Wellington, and from there make your way to the South Island. Intercity buses are the cheapest way to get around and you get to see the countryside.

Queenstown and Dunedin are great to visit too.
