    The rental market in Germany is much more developed and professional.
    Its not really, Murphaph and others have written extensively on this before. Its a bit of a myth.

    It's certainly partially responsible. The biggest problem LLs in Ireland face is getting their own property back from non paying tenants. This is far too difficult in Ireland and is easily enough to ruin someone financially.
