Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

At a guess, Garth Crooks? Have a feeling it will be more difficult than that though...

Good question, I'm gonna take a guess at Mike Trebilcock who is the first black player to score in an FA Cup final. I've never actually heard this question before. I do know that Albert Johannsen was the first black player to appear in an FA Cup final.

Trebilcock is a fairly apt name for a black fella

    Paulo Wanchope for Derby County?

I know he got a couple once at least and one of them was a cracker. Can't remember if he reached a hattrick

The player who scored his only goal for his club in a major English Cup Final is Antonio Nunez of Liverpool v Chelsea in the 2005 League Cup Final.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,670 ✭✭✭Peppa Pig

David Bentley scored a hat trick against Man Utd

  • Registered Users Posts: 353 ✭✭DubCul

My apologies, should have been first to appear in final. Albert Johannson is the one I had in mind.

But what would you expect from an AV fan.

What's the biggest European city without a local derby?

Edit: I should say per capita not area.

Paris maybe? Though I guess it could be a trick question as I'd imagine every major city has at least two clubs of some sort of comparable quality that you could throw together and call it a derby (eg Berlin has Hertha usually in the top division and Union in the 2nd - though they're both in 2nd atm).
