I'll try another one along the same lines, might be easier.

There are 2 occasions were 2 players with same name (1st name, last name) with exactly same spelling that have played for the same team in the PL.

Name the 2 teams and the players with the common names.

Correct. A member for a few years in the 50s and took part in one qualifying campaign for the world cup before becoming part of Germany. Their manager became the German manager and a Saarlander official was responsible for setting up the Bundesliga.
