Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Im heading down o the hook peninsula tomorrow to view properties...im planning on opening a b& b and doing tours...and its some time im hunting for the right location! So, right now im down to 2 places..templetown just out of fethard on sea, or Gort, up near the burren...generally i prefer wexford for the sun...but as always i am interested to hear your opinions, i have 2 young kids so i keep schools and the rest in consideration...but from the 'family' pointof view they are similar solutions...there are more differences business wise......lets get this mini survey underway and thanks in advance for your replies!!

    Budget? Minimum bedrooms?

    Don't waste time with the one in Templetown advertised with 4+ acres. The woman isn't in touch with reality. :D

    Some good properties to be had. I spent two weeks looking at loads of houses in Wexford at the end of January. Only one real bargain, but it's near Carne not Hook.

    Ive been shopping around the area too! Minimum 5 or 6 beds with at least 3ensuites...but i think ive found the right properties...just considering the business prospects and the different towns...really keen n the hook peninsula at the moment, thanks for the warning but i was not looking at a property with 4 acres so i am safe from the lady!! :-)
