Hi just wondering when we will hear updates on the ppi payback, i received a letter in November saying i may be due ppi payback,how long is this expected to go on for before customers hear for certin if thay are due back money?

The review started in November 2012 and we expect it to take approximately 18 months. When your file has been reviewed you will be contacted again to advise what the result of your own case review is.
