Hi all,

Need advice as im lost at the moment. Sorry if this is long!

I have a 5 year loan which i took out from the bank and it was due to be cleared on 28th Nov last year so i rang the bank to make sure the account would be closed on the date incase they took out anymore (its a big loan over 300). So they tell me you have over 1000 to pay yet and i said but my agreement is finished anyhow to make a long story shorter - he tells me you cancelled that one and took out a top up 5 months later and took out a new agreement - i do not recall this at all so i have been asking them to send me a copy of this agreement since then and now im in the final month of the loan and dont know what to do - where do i stand if they cant find it??
