Orthopaedic Pillow Recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a decent but not overly expensive orthopaedic pillow to give neck support? Must be some people out there finding certain kinds effective at night for giving relief for chronic neck pain? And can you recommend a supplier? Thanks!
