Single trip travel Insurance

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone has any advise re purchasing the above. I'm off to Malta for a week. I want to purchase travel insurance but when I googled it I was overwhelmed by the amount of companies offering it. No sure which is best and very confused. Any advise?

Try multitrip.ie and aa. I have a policy with AA.
