recommend a restaurant in mid louth for the weekend

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant around ardee for the weekend? Would nt mind going to dundalk or drogheda if there was somewere good. Nowhere really in ardee. Have been to darver castle and carlitos and would like to go somewhere different. Just a couple looking for good food in a nice atmosphere.
