    I am super confused!

How do i get a blank CD onto my IPOD?

I started this meditation class where they gave us a blank CD - I insert the CD but ITUNES does not recognise.

How the hell do i get it onto my IPOD??

    I don't have a CD player - i don't think anyone has these days!

    I presume your laptop,or pc has a dvd/cdrom drive.
or use a friends pc,rip the cd to mp3 format,
Then use a usb drive cost 2 euro, to transfer files to your pc, put em in my documents, music.
OPEN itunes ,drag and drop mp3 files onto itunes window.
IS this a joke,? blank cd has no files on it?

I think the OP means that the CD is a CD-R with no label, probably a copy of a genuine disc.

I am not joking at all genuineyl.

Normally I put in CD and ITUNES simply recognises the CD and away I go!

    I genuinely am baffled!

I have the CD loaded up - where is the option to rip it to MP3 format.

I am in 'My Computer' and right clicking on the CD and getting options like 'explore' 'search'...Help??

The copied CD is likely a coaster (bad burn) or your computers disc drive's laser is acting up. What you are trying to do is rip the CD in iTunes, but the CD is unreadable due to a unreliable burn or computer disc drive issues

Load up windows media player, insert cd, click rip tracks to mp3,
    . OR
    SEE http://download.cnet.com/Free-CD-Ripper/3000-2168_4-10212165.html

download, install this,LOAD it ,the insert cd,
or google how to rip a cd to mp3.
GO TO menu ,media player, rip cd,selet, tracks, all.
    1cd takes,maybe 15 minutes to rip.
if cd is a bad burn, copy, it,ll show up as blank, empty cd, no data on it.
you can buy cd lens cleaner kit,2 euro,2 euro shop, moore st.
CD lens on pc may be dirty, can you try ,playing another cd, music cd, not a copy.

Another work around would be put your earphones in your ears and leave the ipod switched off: you are now listening to a blank CD.
Or post the CD to me with a money order for €100 and I'll transfer it to your ipod (I can't tell you how, it's an ancient oriental practice know only to a few people).

Right I think this thread has run it's course, and to avoid any more personal abuse I think it's best to close it. Plenty of answers to your question in the above posts op
